Raiyna Villaseñor is an Associate Project Manager for the Sacramento Groundwater Authority.
She has experience on a variety of environmental projects supporting the rehabilitation, restoration and management of surface water, groundwater, and flood management plans and projects. Previously, she worked with Environmental Science Associates (ESA) within their Northern California Water group where she served in a variety of different roles, including deputy project manager, project coordinator, agency engagement liaison, environmental analyst, and fisheries biologist.
Raiyna holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology from the California State University, Sacramento.
