On November 30th, the State of California released it’s public review draft framework document entitled “Making Water Conservation a California Way of Life”. The plan was developed in response to the Governor’s Executive Order B-37-16 and is intended to achieve long-term efficient water use and meet the drought preparedness goals that reflect California’s diverse climate, landscape, and demographic conditions. Comments are due by December 19, 2016.
