The Regional Water Authority (RWA) has officially noticed its intent to proceed with a public scoping process for the Sacramento Regional Water Bank (Water Bank). Under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), RWA is preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Project.
